Morning workout

Went for a run this morning, then hit the gym for a little weight training!

Smoothie this morning:
-1 cup of water
-1 scoop of protein powder
-6 strawberries
-1/2 cup of raspberries
-1/2 of banana
-ice

Yum! Off work today, so I plan to spend my morning doing a few things around the house and the rest of the day laying by the pool with my sister and my friend! Love summer time!
