Found this read this morning and really felt like I should re-post it! So many different opinions on what you should and should not eat are constantly being jerked around! This article right here summed up a lot of the myths that the food/health industry have been feeding us for so many years! It is time for people to stop listening to mainstream health fads, do the research for themselves, and JUST EAT REAL FOOD! Take a look for yourself!
